CBD flowers, also known as CBD-rich or high-CBD strains, is a cannabis product that focuses on the entourage effect of cannabinoids such as cannabidiol (CBD), the most abundant non-psychoactive plant cannabinoid in marijuana. However, CBD is available for sale and use in other states (e.g. Colorado and Washington) that have cannabis-friendly laws for these products. According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, if one were to be convicted of possessing “more than 10 grams” of marijuana or more than twenty-five grams of hashish, one would also be subject to imprisonment.
